Drink Decaf is a small, roast-to-order decaf coffee brand under Powerbean Coffee LLC. We sell one product done right: single-origin decaf espresso, decaffeinated with the Swiss Water® Process, roasted fresh to order in Oceanside, California. We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to be the first real person our customers hear from.

What you'll do

Answer customer emails about orders, shipping status, and subscription changes
Help customers choose the right grind (whole bean, fine, medium, coarse) and size for their brew method
Resolve issues under our Refund and Shipping policies, including replacements for damaged or incorrect orders
Manage subscription changes and cancellations per our Subscription Policy
Flag recurring issues or product questions back to the team

What we're looking for

Clear, friendly written communication
Comfortable working independently with a small, remote team
Prior customer service or e-commerce support experience preferred, not required
Genuine interest in coffee is a plus, not a requirement
